My heart goes out to Ashley Moser and her family. Moser was one of the victims of the July 20, 2012 shooting spree in a movie theater in Aurora, Colorado. Moser's 6 year-old daughter, Veronica, was the youngest fatal victim of the shooting. Moser's own injuries were extensive, and have required several surgeries since the incident. She will be paralyzed as a result of the shooting. (More on this story.)
Sadly, Moser was 8 weeks pregnant at the time of the tragedy. Last week, her family announced she had miscarried as a result of the trauma.
There are no words to ease the suffering of Ashley Moser and her family. Ashley, I'm so sorry for your loss.
